Best Mid-Length Board for North Atlantic Swell (Intermediate Surfer)?

Hey everyone!

Hope you're all catching some good waves out there.

I'm looking for some advice on mid-length boards, specifically for handling the kind of swell we get here on the North Atlantic coast (think decent winter swells, but also some choppier, less organized stuff in between).

I'm an intermediate surfer – comfortable on shortboards in smaller to medium waves, but I'm finding myself wanting something with a bit more glide and paddle power for those bigger, longer period days, or when the conditions are a bit mushier. I'm not looking for a full-on longboard, but something in that 6'8" to 7'8" range.

My main question is:
geometry dash lite
What mid-length board designs or models have you found excel in these North Atlantic conditions? I'm open to anything from eggs to mini-mals, but I'd love to hear about specific shapers or design features that make a difference.
Are there particular fin setups (single fin, 2+1, quad) that you find work best for versatility across different swell types and sizes in a mid-length?
Any advice on volume distribution or rail profiles that make a mid-length more forgiving and fun to ride, especially when the conditions aren't perfect?
Any insights or personal experiences you can share would be super helpful. Thanks in advance for the advice!

Cheers!
